Bloomstall Flowers & Plants - Our stance on AI

Bloomstall Flowers & Plants does not actively use AI chatbots, agents, or assistants.  We are a real, brick and mortar, human run florist shop in Columbia, Tennessee.  

Every response you receive from us either by email, text message, or phone is relayed by a real person.  When you call the shop, you will speak directly to an actual employee of Bloomstall, there are no automated answering services, call banks, or outsourced agents, AI or otherwise.  

When you order through our website your transaction is completed on a secure server.  If you are more comfortable ordering by phone during business hours, please call us directly at (931) 398-4633.  We are available Monday-Friday 9-4 and Saturday 10-4.  If you are sent to voicemail, it means we are on a call with another customer.  Please leave a message or text and request a return phone call and we will do so promptly.
